Loved the indoor spa, rooms were spacious and comfortable

It is a bit out of town

Breakfast was wonderful, everything was fresh and good refilled

I didn' t like that in the bathroom the water goes out of the shower all the way to the room, the shower floor very slippery and the place where the toiletpaper is placed is weird, exactly behind the wc! A Coffee machine would be better anyway in place of that water boiler in the room for a 4 star hotel!

Wonderful experience with an easy walk to Limassol promenade .The hotel facilities and attention to patrons was better than many five star hotels .Along with the expansive pool , gardens , green areas and tennis courts , it was more a resort experience .This is why it was our second time in three years and for more days .

Should have stayed longer .

Shower was good - decent water pressure and hot water. The gym is small but has everything you'd need and the superior room was a decent size.

I wouldn't say for what's on offer, it's great value for money - and I'm not sure it entirely feels like a 4* experience. I chose it for a 1 night stay in the city, because it had a gym and sauna/steam room. BUT - didn't realise until after I booked that those facilities are at an extra cost (not the gym, that's included). It's 20 euro for the sauna, and the steam room. Which I suppose would be alright if it covered the entire stay, but no - it's for 1 use only. So if you're staying for multiple days, you need to pay 20 euro each time. I thought this was a bit mad when other 4* hotels include this in the overall price and offer a robe etc. This is certainly one of those hotels that charge for all the extra details. Room service options were pretty limited - and food was average. Plus had to wait for an hour for my food as they forgot my order. I had the cheeseburger, which was pretty dry. The bed hard - which some people might like, so that's subjective I suppose. Air con was a bit... lacklustre, which meant it was warm in the night. Even in October. Noticed the pool area outside shut early for a wedding/event which meant people had to move inside. Hotel is pretty tired overall, could do with a facelift. Breakfast was pretty poor also - small area and gets very busy. Options were limited. I've travelled a lot, and can't say there was much about this hotel which excited me. Won't be returning sadly. There are better options in this city - for a similar price point, or less, which offer much more (better food, modern rooms, inclusive of spa access and friendlier staff). If you need a place to crash which 'does the job' this is alright. For a holiday? No.
