Un hôtel agréable

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre. Les équipements sont modernes. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est excellent!

Le spa : il ne restait qu'une heure pour profiter du spa mais ils nous ont quand même fait payer le plein tarif (15 euros par personne). Une demi heure après avoir profiter du spa mon ami et moi même avions les yeux rouges, extrêmement piquants. J'ai dû aller en urgence à la pharmacie (20 euros de médicaments en plus...).

Would visit again very pleasant stay

Very nice room and bathroom also very delicious breakfast with plenty of choices

You could use the indoor pool for free but the Jacuzzi that was right next to the pool (that was on even without people inside) u couldn’t unless u payed 15€ also for the extra spa facilities

Séjour détente et agréable, je recommande !

Je me sentais très bien dans cet hôtel : accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée avec un balcon assez grand. Joli spa et piscines agréables, buffet petit-déjeuner très complet

Buffets dîner plutôt cantine et en manque de recherche, mais quand même bon Chaines de télé basiques Emplacement assez loin du centre et de la mer

It was okay.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and polite. The room itself was clean and spacious.

The hotel rooms are in need of serious renovation, they were more of a 3 star experience. The mattress was too soft, it really hurt my back. The kettle was broken and leaked all over the floor.

The toilet flush button was broken

The car park was packed full of wedding guests and I had to wait for a spot which was very tight, my car got scratched. It was not noted to me on reception that a code was to be scanned to read an online menu with room service info number to call reception and menu. Eventually noticed it on the key card wallet, but too late!

Unclean rooms and bad air conditioning

The breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from. Local food options also. The lobby and pool area also great. Had the pool all to myself in November.

Our room has little ants in it. All over. Bathroom, living area and also, what I think its not acceptable, the bed covers. The staff told us they'd change the sheets, but clearly that would not stop the ants. We were given a room upgrade after we complained. The rooms at the top of the hotel are much nicer and more modern. The ac worked there. The lower floors the ac did not work at all, even in November when it's not as hot. The staff called us a taxi for an early check out, yet we had to wait 15 extra minutes because apparently no one ever actually called. Wouldn't stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel but let down by the up charge of the spa facilities.

The property was clean and the staff were polite, however I don’t consider this hotel a 4 star anymore. There are much modern hotels in the area and are close to the beach.

I visited the property in the past, but they now charge you €15 euros to use there spa facilities which include spa, steam and sauna. I don’t like the fact that they do this as previously it was free. This was was the only reason I decided to stay at this hotel and now that they have decided to charge I will not be visiting again.

Excellent hotel with very nice pool and dining area (often used for weddings)..

Everything - very nice hotel with excellent service. Beautiful pool area. Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the bus stop (no. 30) to city center and Mymall. (Same bus stop for intercity buses to Nicosia on the other side of the road). Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Very unstabel TV signal in the room.

Great breakfest, nice and moden hotel. great staff as well.

I didn't liked the view and the fact that after the upgrade i still didn't have balcony. The location is far away from the centre and marina, but it's good value for the price.

Good as a weekend getaway.

Breakfast: Had everything (sour and sweet beverages, fruits, yogurts etc.) Room: Comfy, nice view from the top, clean. However, the lights were a bit low. Pool: Nice medium-size pool, peaceful and quiet environment.

At the check-out, the staff did not ask us if everything was good. Also, that we needed to pay for using the sauna which was next to the pool.

Disappointing

PEOPLE ARE VERY POLITE. SUFFICIENT PARKING SPACE. NICE BREAKFAST.

THE NON RENOVATED ROOMS ARE BAD. BATHROOMS ARE OLD. THE PICTURES OF THOSE ROOMS LOOK BETTER THAT REALITY. THERE ARE NO PICTURES OF THOSE BATHROOMS ON BOOKING. JUST BOOK FOR RENOVATED ROOMS I HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE THEY ARE GOOD.

Building works

The bathroom was gorgeous and the room was quite spacious

There were works in the swimming pool and in the buildings surrounding the hotel. This made difficult to stay and relax in the pool or sleep after 8am. We had to pay for the spa - please note that only the indoor pool is free of charge for guests. The breakfast was decent nothing spectacular. Aside of one of the receptionists (a man in his 50s) everyone was very nice.
