It’s not cheap but it’s quality.

Lovely hotel right by the sea with its own private beach, just a few steps away from the pool. The breakfast was of good quality, neatly presented with a wide variety of dishes. I recommend this hotel. It’s not cheap but it’s quality.

There aren’t many attractions or play areas for kids, just a small pool with a couple of slides. There aren’t any attractions or parks for kids nearby; you’d need to take a bus or taxi. Better to come without kids.

Well located hotel in Limassol with a good level of facilities and beachfront access.

Very friendly staff especially on reception. Some nice touches with bed turn down service and good access to watersport activities with the beachfront (note this is quite a small area with limited beds - plenty of spaces around the pool and gardens).

Considering the cost versus other 5* establishments in the area, then I think you have to take the view that the hotel represents good value for money and delivers at an expectation based on this. If I had paid more, then my expectation would have been higher.

Very good

The pool is amazing, an adjacent private beach, a staff with courteous service.

Minimal room design and not compatible with a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was average, I expected more for a 5 star hotel. Also, there is no good soundproofing in the room and you hear everything that moves in the hallway.

The hotel is located quite far from tourist attractions. The area is not very lively.

Exceptional

We came back this year as we had such a lovely time in October 2022. Love the breakfast and Rafael remembers us from October which made it more special. The staff are all very helpful and cheerful

I love the Seaview from my - staff was friendly, special shout out to Sophia who help with extending my stay when i needed to and the manager too, i recalled on my first night she recommend a meal and even help serve it.

Requesting Guest to dress a certain way for dinner was unacceptable by me. recall one of the evening, i was hungry and came downstairs to have dinner and was told by one of the restaurant staff that i can't be allowed in simply because of how i was dressed. To be honest, that sounded really ridiculous - i wasn't going for a job interview or something, i only wanted food that i obviously was paying for! that one one of the most annoying moments there.

Very nice stay will visit again .

All facilities where good .

Only let down was Greek restaurant, no ambiance,cold looking ,like an empty room with tables . Not much of a Greek menu. My plate was over cooked and not worth the money we paid .

Excellent 5 star experience. Definitely we will visit it again.

It is indeed 5star experience hotel! The staff was very polite, with our arrival they offered us a drink and the soonest they noticed I’m pregnant, they switch it in a non alcoholic drink. The room was very clean. We found complimentary treats in our room and each afternoon we had room service to check if everything is ok and offered us extra complimentary treats.

At the bar in the lobby, it was a bit difficult to find the waiter or get his/her attention.

Hotel could try harder

All the staff were very pleasant, although those at checkout were quite hopeless. Pool area was attractive and facilities good.

Our room was incredibly hot & we had 2 nights of poor sleep. A five-star hotel should have air conditioning, but we were given the excuse that all hotels on the island only have heating until mid-April as this is winter. Perhaps no one has noticed that Cyprus has warm weather and a lot of sunshine in February. Of course, we did find very good hotels on the island that had air conditioning! So, it is not too difficult. We were promised a small refund, but this has not materialised. Interestingly, we were not the only guests who complained about the excessive heat in rooms. Most disappointing.
