Good place for not too long of a stay

The room was nice, the location is great, the stuff was very helpful with several requests. Everything is clean and comfortable. I also got a complimentary cocktail and a discount for bar which is nice I'd say it is a good place to crash if you are traveling for work which was my case

The breakfast is pretty boring. Looks like there was an attempt at diversity to switch something on day to day basis. However, I got pretty boring eating the same food everyday for almost two weeks

Good value for money in a nice and clean hotel with all the basics, perfect for a business trip

Location was very good for the purpose I booked this trip. Employees in the hotel were helpfull to give me some information.

My hotelroom was in the opposite of the elevators from which the bleeps and bells were loudly possible to hear in my hotelroom A map of the city centre could be helpfull to do some touristic visits

okay stay but terrible price/quality

The room was relatively quiet for Lima, especially for noises from outside. Regrefully we still did wake up from noises from the hallway, like the opening and closing of doors, people and staff speaking in the hallway and the bell of the elevator arriving and leaving the floor. The room was also sufficiently dark which was nice compared to a lot of other stays in Peru with thin curtains. The shower was also very nice with strong pressure and even temperature. We were also allowed to stow a bag for a week after we stayed there without a surcharge which we appreciated. There is also a really nice and quiet sprawling park on 50m from the hotel.

Don't pay in the local currency Sol! They charge a ridiculous conversion rate. They also couldn't accept any of our VPay and Maestro cards of three different banks. We have been traveling for more than a month in Peru and this was the first time we had this issue. They also didn't accept any paper money with the most minor of imperfections. A bill with a small tear of less than a millimeter was not accepted. On our first night we were called by the reception around 21.30 to ask when we would be checking out. We were just trying to sleep and this did not help. The matress needed replacement. It was also uneven with the head lying lower than the feet. It also did not help that the pillows were quite hard while the bed was quite soft. The toilet was not really working, every time we had to flush at least three times and add extra water to make sure it flushed correctly (and no we did not put in any toilet paper).

Very good stay in nice neighborhood

Beds were extremely comfortable, spacious rooms, nice shower/bath tub.

There was a 10% extra charge which was in the fine print of the booking confirmation but not obvious during the booking process.

Hotel with great potential

Hotel was very nice overall. Room was large with a huge balcony. The location was extremely good and the services were always available. The breakfast was nice. Not huge, but just the right amount of selection.

There were two small problems for me. I arranged transportation from the airport because I had work meetings the same day I arrived. But the transport was late -- almost 20 minutes even and I had to wait outside for quite some time. Second, I had arranged early check-in because of the same reason -- arriving on the day I had work meetings -- but my room was not available, even though I was paying an extra charge for this service. Eventually, I was given another room so I could iron my clothes, but my room was not ready until almost an hour after I arrived, although I did say the time I would be there. Lastly, on my check-out day, I asked for late check-out at 4 pm, which was granted, but there was going to be a charge. Oh and one more thing -- the last day, the shower head malfunctioned, which I think was a problem existing already, and water went everywhere in the bathroom. I really liked the hotel, but these things do add up and I was expecting at least to have the charges waived for one or more of the extra services since they didn't work out so well.
