We stayed all together 4 nights in this apartment. The room was big, the bed was comfy. There was big wardrobe for our clothes. Every day an old lady came to clean the rooms and fill the water bottles, caffe and tea bags and some cookies. She also brought a laundry drying grille for us. It was near the main bus stop in Anacapri but 100 meters away from the nosy main street. So, the place was really quiet. The Wi-fi was fast.

A special gem in the Island. Parco Vittoria is located in the heart of Anacapri and at the same time quiet because the corredor from where you access the house has the perfect distance to the main pedestrian street.
I immediately felt good taste, cleanliness, everything and maybe more of what you need when you go on vacations, nice spaces to be outside, good people around, tranquility.
The place is only 15 mins from Capri and the best you can do is to rent a motorbike from Anacapri to enjoy the whole Island to the fullest.
Alessandro runs this place and if you are lucky enough to meet and talk to him, you will then understand all about the special gem.
I didnt like I could not extend my stay and live there for a while

Alex was so welcoming and the staff was very sweet. The pictures online do not do the room justice and it design-wise so well suited for Capri. The location is ideal, as it it right next to a street filled with restaurants and shops, yet very well hidden from all the noise.

The location is really in the center of Anacapri & the owner picked us up near the bus stop and walked to the accommodation (it probably is not so easy to find it by yourself, but after walking the route once you will know how to find it again). The room is spacious and has a big balcony with a nice green view. The whole accommodation is calm and quiet, really relaxing. The cleaning lady is also really sweet & hardworking. Although no breakfast was included, the juice, water & snack in the room are restocked daily which is super nice. There are 2 pastry places in the main street so getting breakfast isnt an issue.
The wifi connection wasn't very good but I simply switched to use my own mobile data so I didn't test it out further.
