1. The location is not far from the place need heading to.
2. It is quite convenient for buying things, bcause Billions shopping centre is at downstair.
3. Double security means more secure.
1. Cleaniness fair, there are crokcoach around.
2. The gas is leaking while plug in the stove head.
3. The sliding door in living room is cannot be lock.
4. The grill of access to balcony is broken.
5. The door gate lock is broken too, but still can lock with technique.
6. The door before enter the condo must lock with another stopper, if not the.will remain open. Cos it own lock.already broken
