Avoid I have no words.

They ruined my birthday and the children’s New Year without any compensation, and I also had to beg them for pillows and blankets, which were not enough for 3 people. in a 3-room apartment there was one single blanket, although each room had double beds.

I rented an apartment for the New Year Еve and for my birthday (31/12) back in May 2023, on the 5th or 7th floor we were looking for a view of the city, so the apartment was more expensive compared to other apartment options. When we arrived , we were taken to the 3rd floor and my family and I were given an apartment of a completely different type, overlooking the courtyard. I was told the apartments I rented were not available and if i am not happy they would give money back I should look for somewhere else. That’s 2 days before new year eve when there no other options. I, my 3.5 year old son, my sister who is due to give birth in 2 weeks and her son who is 6 years old and this is a couple of days before the new year with two children, I am very upset the New Year’s Eve and my birthday is ruined now. This is disgusting and unacceptable . I have no words, they took money from me for an apartment that does not have a view of the city, is not on the 7th floor and does not even exist on Booking.com. I checked from 1/01/24-31/12/24 this apartment does not exist. Nobody let me know that apartment I paid for was not available until arrival. Not at any stage. I can provide photos. I sent another complaint to Booking on 30/12 but they told that they can’t do nothing and apologise. Also can provide our customer service conversation.

Exceptional

Amazing apartment. The location is excellent with walking proximity to restaurants, cafes and shops. 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city. A few parks are just around the corner.

The kitchen is not properly equipmmed. Only 4 glasses and couple of bowls. Need more plates/glasses/cups etc. also no info about wifi and password. In general more info would be needed (garbage, TV, etc) And only got 1 key which is not enough. A family needs at least 2 keys.

Exceptional

It was modern, immaculately clean, well equipped and in a great location. We were even allowed to use the apartment until the end of the day we were leaving as we had a late flight, so that was really helpful.

Very modern appartment Very good location (10 min walking to old town) Good beds Parking garage is very close (you can go with the elevator to the apparment)

... but parking garage is very expensive (if you park all the day) No air condition in the sleeping room (just in the living room)

Great apartment for a WE stay in lovely Riga!

Location is top, only 10 min walking distance from the old town. Excellent host, very helpful, available and responsive to any requests. Nicely decorated, new and clean apartment, perfect to share for a group of 3-4 ppl.

Wonderful Stay in Riga

Highly recommended!Very modern and comfortable apartment in a perfect location and fantastic host.

The apartment was new, modern and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the old city and there are several shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful with everything we asked for. I highly recommend this apartment in Riga to everybody! I will for sure stay here again next time!

"Judging by the apartment - I already love Riga"

Modern, spacious and exceptionally well looked after apartment. Have got everything needed and even more (i.e umbrella ;)). Lovely host, easy to reach out to and very helpful. Good location: walking distance to the old town, in a quiet area; all amenities near by (grocery; shopping malls; lovely coffee shops; famous Lido).

Modern apartments perfectly located & equipped for an extended stay.

Each room was very elegant with modern decorations and kitchenware. This illustrates that the space was built with quality in mind and not on a budget. The owner thoughtfully stocked the apartments with what we might need: tea/coffee, extra sheets, toiletries, etc. There were elevators for each of the buildings and since we booked four rooms, it was nice being in the same building complex, but not next door to each other. Just the right amount of cohesion and autonomy/privacy. Our hostess provided us with an extensive list of suggestions for dinner (upon request) and the location was great being close to the tram stop and a very short walk to the old town. Plus, the bakery across the street was absolutely incredible.

The front desk/counter person couldn't speak English, only Russian (and Latvian, of course) and each apartment only got one key fob & key. Anything else would be doing the space a disservice.

Very good location

Very good location, about 10 min walk and you are in old town. Flat was spacious and clean. A lot of storage and wardrobe space. The building has an elevator and it goes directly to the underground parking lot, which is very convenient if you are traveling with children and have more than two suitcases (parking is not free). The host responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful.

Apartments air conditioner didn't work (probably low refrigerant level). We booked 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony, but we didn´t get that apartment. The host did not inform us of this until we arrived at the apartment and wrote that our apartment does not have a balcony. It turned out that the previous visitors had ruined the apartment. Despite the fact that the air conditioner did not work and we did not have a balcony, we were very satisfied with the apartment.

Ordered rooms for 13, but they only booked four rooms for 3 people. Nowhere near enough room, and the staff was completely useless and refused to fix the issue.

Perfect place to stay

The apartments are clean and very tidy. The owner met us near the building, communicated well, answered all the raised ones, gave recommendations about the activities of interest to us. The stay was pleasant. No minuses for apartments.

The only minus of the parking near the apartments is expensive (8:00-19:00 -9 eu, 19:00-8:00 - 3 eu, so it you come at 16 p.m. and go out next day at 11a.m. you pay 21eur (working day)) I think you can find nearby and a better parking price.
