We loved the location and the cosiness of the sofa bed.

We definitely didn't like the limited amount of hot water. Apparently there is a device in the boiler to automatically switch off the hot water consumption and once that happens there is no way of getting hot water again, you just get warmish water, despite of the advise of the owner to restart the boiler to make it work. They said the hot water in the boiler was calibrated for four persons, but I strongly believe something went wrong, since we ran out of water on the second shower of the day, and having a little baby that was definitely an issue
