Having read all those 1-star reviews, I was mentally prepared for the worst nights in my life. But actually, everything went rather well!
+ We were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so we could peacefully sleep until late
+ The window (once closed) totally blocked the noise of the highway, and our room 303 was facing it
+ The matress was rather comfortable, not spongy
+ Clean toilets and showers
+ 24/7 reception (compared to another F1 where we couldn't book a room bc it was too late to arrive)
+ When we arrived, the window in our room was open, for letting the air in. With +37° outside, it was a thoughtful gesture

I have stayed here several times on my journey south. Its best feature is its proximity to the autoroute and it is next door to a MacDonalds! It is also one of the few F1 hotels with en suite facilities
Although the room (113) was spotless, maintenance seems to be an issue:
(1) the room light didn't work, so only available light was outside the bathroom
(2) window catch not lines up so impossible to prop window open
(3) no soap or broken dispenser in bathroom

Other guests smoking in their room’s windows. We had all smoke in our room! Not pleasant really.

More like a hostel shared toilet and bathroom. But what do you expect for thd money. It was clean and comfortable
