Staff is helpful. The room is clean. Facilities are more than expected: there is a coffee maker in the room. The size of the room is fair. And I guess it is only one accommodation among B&B and home-stay in this Shennon St. where twin bed is provided. The hotel decoration and the way they created this hotel is amazing (on the fifth floor of the building) I appreciate their creative idea. Worth money.
Because the hotel is a part of this building so the entrance is not obvious and clear. Even there is a huge sign, but we are definitely not sure this is the location of the hotel, especially we visited Tainan the first time.

Fantastic location for food & exploring Tainan, as many water bottles as you want, Nespresso machine in room, bathroom, abundance of convenience stores and even a full scale supermarket right across it.
The outside of the building, valet outside in the evenings procuring business for business club.

The room itself was very modern and quite nice looking from the tasteful curtains to the headboards and rain shower head and soaking tub. The staff work hard and do their best to help with questions and help booking a taxi. The location is just steps to a 7-11, a Family Mart and a PX Mart grocery store.
Unfortunately, there were two mosquitos in our room that we heard buzzing when we went to sleep and which bit us. There is not a dedicated 24/7 front desk staff. The staffer also has to clean rooms so we had to wait for staff to arrive to check in and then it seemed like a difficult process as it took quite a bit of time to get our keys. A little more training or practice to make checking in faster would be ideal. Also luggage is unattended in the lobby at various times. The outside entrance from the street is shared by other businesses and the lift is utilitarian.
