Communication with Caterina, was very effective, she was prompt giving instructions to access the property, and her suggestions for food and drink venues was very helpful, each one we went to was well worth it.
Location was great, few minutes walk from the historic centre.
Large bathroom with excellent shower.

Well located and the terrasse is nice.
Breakfast is not within the structure on the contrary of what is indicated on Booking.
they propose tickets to exchange for “breakfast” at a bar where you only have one coffee and a poor croissant.
When I asked for explanation about that point, the owner was aggressive.
Also, the shower was not working well.
