All equipment worked well (the fridge, the dishwasher, the washing machine, the coffee machine, the air conditioner). The location is superb, it’s around a 15-minute walk to the sea and the city centre. There are many shops and cafes in the area. You can’t hear any noise from the main road. We parked right under the apartment, there was enough space for cars.
The bed, imho, was a bit too soft. The mattress should be changed. I don’t have a spare back, to my regret.

Deniz answered all my questions very quickly. The property was very well located - it was a 10 minute walk to the harbour through a quiet residential area.
The property itself included everything that you would expect to find in a furnished rented apartment.
The AC units were very strong and worked well, and the instant hot water was a big plus point.
No life - only a small thing as this was a private apartment and not a hotel.

The host fulfilled every one of our requests.
They have many apartments in different locations. The photos and the location I saw on booking.com was much nicer than the apartment I received.

The host was excellent (Deniz), any issues he managed and provided local information. Had all equipment you need, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. Wash powder, shower gel and shampoo provided. Both apartments were a ten minute walk to the town centre and close to where we were visiting.
No usable balcony and a bit difficult to dry washing.
