The location is perfect. It is still located in a quiet street, but you’re practically in the city centre. Also, the host was great, responsive and respectful!
Some facilities were missing. Sharing the kitchen with other guests is not ideal, a little fridge in the room would be a more practical solution.

- Position of the house, extremely central
- the dimensions (it is actually a very big flat)
- Some interior details are very lovely (painted ceiling, floor..)
The house had several broken or mulfunctioning things
- heating broken, it took several days to have it working
- broken microwave - needed replacement
- sink nearly blocked
- missing hot water often
- some broken objects (ceiling lamp..)
- terrible smell coming up from sewage
- the entrance of the building is definitely not up to expectations

Great location and really nice contact with Laura.
One thing if i could suggest - maybe little bit of refresh of some furniture :)

Location was excellent.
Communication with owner was always prompt,helpful & easily contactable.
Apartment needs a deep clean.
Drain / shower in one bedroom was horrendous with sewage smell.
Small couch beds were not comfortable & not suitable for adults.
Kitchen wasn't well equipped.
Wasn't ideal for a large group of 7 but would be suffice for a family or smaller group.
