It was central to areas I wanted to visit only a 5 minute walk to Memorial Peace Park, it was easy to find and the staff were very welcoming. The room was lovely and clean breakfast was tasty as well. The room we had was nice and quiet and also gave us easy access to amenities from our room. We arrived for check in slightly early but staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit and wait with a cold free drink.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the sites, transport and restaurants. The staff were great and the room had everything required.
Even though I was in a non smoking room there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke when I turned the a/c. It did gradually dissipate though.

The rooms are very very small. So had to take another room.

Staff were friendly and helpful but spoke very little English and we had to use an online translation service. Not their fault of course, but as I don’t speak Japanese we didn’t get very far. So more of a hotel for locals than for international travellers I would say.
Breakfast was pretty awful. Not one for international travellers as there wasn’t much in the way of a continental breakfast, just very cheap cornflakes.
The room was pretty grim. Old carpet tiles, old fashioned bedding - all very clean - but a bit tired. The whole place needs an update.
