It’s proximity to the beach and all other establishments such as resto, pharmacy and 7/11 store

The location is great, very close to the patong beach and Bangla walking street. Lots of places to eat and dine in. Lots of places to explore around. There is no lift, but it's already mentioned in the description and the staff helped us carry our luggage to the room. We had a great stay here.

The property was located above an amazing restaurant which we ate at twice during our stay! The staff were so friendly and recommended us the best beach to go to! The property itself was big, clean and located perfectly… a few minutes walk to the beach, markets and Bangla road!

- staff are nice and friendly.
- location is good, walking distance to the beach.
- suitable for low budget target.
- internet is good.
- no parking space. (But internet said you have it) so we forced to pay for the parking from neighbor space a 100 baht/day.
- i stayed at Penthouse so i have to walk up the stair for 4 floors (bad for old people).
- day time is terrible hot, even air con cannot beat the sun, so you cannot stay in the room, better you go somewhere else.
- water pressure was not enough strong.
- this place not change bed sheet and towel everyday.
- cooking smell come into your room. We know what you have cooked in every single dishes.
- TV is only available for youtube and internet. Local Thai TV is not available.
