Lovely pool, room was very clean and bathroom had a hot powerful shower, good air con. The staff were very friendly and helpful in guidance towards getting some laundry done.
A welcome fruit plate was a nice touch after a hot day of travelling. The breakfast is placed on the table outside your room with a knock in the morning at a time of your choosing.
It’s a little way away from the main strip but not too far (8ish mins walk) which is good if you want a bit of peace and quiet. I’d recommend hiring bike or scooter from opposite the hotel for getting about the island. It’s a bit far to walk to the usual hangout spots for turtles, sunrise, sunset. It also allows you to check out the middle of the island a bit more and see how/where locals work and live.
WiFi is very good and there is a nice warung on the corner for cheap tasty Indonesian and south East Asian cuisine. Lots of local shops for food, drink, snacks etc nearby.
The mosque is close by so expect to hear the call to prayer - I found this a nice cultural experience as I’m not from a Muslim majority country, but the hotel provides earplugs should you not want to hear it quite so loud.

We stayed a Green Banana for 1 night and it was a very pleasant stay. Its very conveniently located- about a 5-7 min walk from the harbour. The hotel itself is located in a quiet by-lane however there are loads of great cafes and shops around in that area making it an ideal mix.
The bedroom itself is a little on the smaller side but both the bedroom as well as the bathroom were clean and well maintained and as per the photos.
The staff were warm and helpful.
As its situated slightly closer to a mosque, the prayer sounds tend to get quite loud through the day.
Additionally the rooms are not very sound proof and you can hear all the sounds of people outside talking and visa versa

The hotel is comfortable - we had a nice room with a balcony upstairs, although the breakfast was quite basic I would say
This isn't really the hotels fault, but we were staying during Ramadan, and the hotel is right next to the mosque. That actually meant we couldn't sleep - the call to prepare started around 10.30 and went on for 2.5 hours - then again at 430AM. I'm not against the call to prayer and respect this is a Muslim island, but this was like some kind of torture.
