Location, staff (especially Amanda!) restaurant was incredible, we dined there twice, views and food at breakfast, daily room servicing, lovely shower, swimming pool, immaculate grounds
Air-conditioning was weak, view from balcony was of the carpark which was unexpected and a bit of a surprise due to the photos on listing. Maintenance and construction noise two of the four mornings we were there from 8am, which meant no sleep in possible on these days

Loved being on a hilltop mountain with incredible views , balsamic vinegar production , 5 minute walk down the road. Swimming pool , in an old farmhouse upgraded. Great outdoor patio overlooking the farms and scenic views. Staff was great , and met the owner while having a great dinner. Took the Balsamic tour and was very impressed with the knowledge and product info. We purchased balsamic products and they are delicious.
Our room was a little hot, but would still stay there again.

Accommodation was lovely, Beds very comfortable and breakfast was varied and excellent.
It is a shame there wasn’t facilities to buy drinks during the day while you were relaxing around the pool.

The agriturismo is on a perfectly located hill, not far neither from Bologna nor from Modena. The family running the agriturismo owns and runs the local "Acetaia" whose tour is amazing and extremely interesting to say the least.
Our room was different from the pictures on the booking.com website, rather small and with an outdated decor. Plus, when the restaurant is open, it is very noisy until the restaurant closes its doors, which makes sleeping rather difficult. There are some charging points for electric vehicles in the parking, yet the price is outrageously high! Also for plug-in hybrid cars, which should be allowed to recharge for free given the small size of their battery. All in all, we found the value for money not in line with our expectations, the agriturismo it is on the expensive side given other options nearby.
