Good accommodation in Kuching. It is a big apartment which can host up to 6 people with kitchen and two bathrooms. Location is great with a 7-11 just downstairs and many food options in walking distance. There is also a washing machine which is useful. Check-in and out process rather easy. Very responsive host over Whatsapp!
The building is old and has clearly seen better days, including some things in the apartment. For example, the bathtub is broken and cannot be used, so is the drying rack (which is a pity!). Additionally, all machines in the "gym" are broken and not usable - and in my opinion should not be listed. Communication with host can be overwhelming with a lot of rules sent to you in the beginning. You also need to sign some papers when checking in - which is not clearly communicated.

The most amazing location and view. Big spacious apartment that could easily accommodate my family of 5. Rooftop pool was a great bonus. Washing machine worked great, very helpful when travelling with kids. Communication with owner/manager was excellent, easy to access keys and apartment on check in and out.
The showers were NOT clean. Lots of mould that really made us feel like we could not have a proper refreshing shower. Cleaners really need to do a better job of cleaning the shower with proper cleaning products. The clothes drying rack was broken so that should really be replaced so family’s can adequately do their laundry and a laundry basket would be helpful.
