The views are spectacular both from the rooms and the pool/bar. The staff are friendly and personable
We were three friends travelling together and only one of us was offered a welcome drink. A small matter but one that is so easy to fix.

The staff was great--extremely friendly and attentive wait staff and very helpful front desk staff. The view was phenomenal. The food and drinks were good. The pool was pretty and clean.
The main reason I was not 100% pleased was due to the room itself being run-down and not as clean as I expect a hotel room to be--especially from a hotel that claims to be a 4 star hotel. While I could agree that the shared amenities were of 4 start caliber, I would rate the room itself as a 2 star. It was generally run down. The blinds were kind of broken. A lot of upgrades would be beneficial aesthetically, including fresh paint. Cleanliness wise, I felt fine to sleep there but unfortunately looked forward to leaving. The bathroom always smelled bad (we think it was the pipes?); we had to keep the bathroom door shut with the outdoor window vent open so the smell wouldn't be completely wretched and affect the rest of the room. There were also a decent number of ants in the room.
Additionally, while the pool area is gorgeous, I wish there would have been a hot tub to enjoy and exercise area.
