The employees of the property were fantastic. The local tricycle driver that informally serves guests off the the street was perfect and fair. The location was absolutely the best, close enough to the main strip, yet far enough from the noise. It is not technically beachfront, but literally maybe 150 feet easy stroll.
I didn't like that we stayed only two nights. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, I LOVED the staff, clean, quiet, and very accommodating. I even needed to extend last minute and they let me pay cash. Very nice place with very nice people. Great rooms, and great amenities like a gym and even scooters if you so wish to rent them!

The property is conveniently located near the beach. The room was decent, and the staff regularly changed our sheets and towels. Breakfast was also good. The reception staff were generally friendly and greeted us whenever we passed by.
What we did not appreciate was how a simple noise concern was handled and unnecessarily escalated.
We were a group of 14 professionals staying for four nights, and we spent time at the rooftop during our first and second nights. We completely understand that we need to be mindful of other guests, and we had no problem lowering our voices once we were actually informed that we were being too loud.
However, the lady I spoke with over the phone was quite rude and claimed that we had already been warned on our first night and had ignored the warning. I confirmed this with everyone in our group, and no one had been approached or informed about the noise on the first night. There were also inconsistencies in what we were being told by the staff, which made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be.
One of the reception staff also told a member of our group that management might call the police if the noise continued. We felt that mentioning police involvement was unnecessary at that point, especially when the matter could have been resolved with a simple and polite reminder. We respect the other guests and would have complied immediately if we had simply been asked to keep our voices down.
We acknowledge that, as a large group, our voices may have become louder than we realised. However, our concern is not that we were asked to lower our voices, but how the situation was communicated and escalated. What could have been resolved quickly and respectfully with a courteous reminder instead became an unnecessarily unpleasant experience.
