The location is absolutely beautiful. The hut is surrounded by forest and has a stunning, peaceful view, with sheep right next door, which was especially lovely while having breakfast. The beds were also comfortable, and the whole setting is very quiet and secluded.
That said, I found some of the practical aspects of the stay quite difficult. Personally, I found the hut quite hard to find, especially after a long journey. There were also no regular sockets to plug things into, only a USB connection, which unfortunately actually drained my phone battery overnight rather than charging it. I was given a backup generator, but I wasn't really sure how to use or connect it, and in the end I gave up and went into town to charge both my phone and laptop.The hot water was another issue. I found that the water became cold after around 30 seconds, which made showering quite difficult and was particularly uncomfortable given the weather.I also found the amount of rules around the stay a little stressful. It felt quite strongly like a self-cleaning setup, and by the end I felt more preoccupied with making sure everything was done correctly than simply relaxing and enjoying the experience. The weather also wasn't on our side, with one full day of rain, which obviously didn't help when you're staying somewhere so connected to the outdoors.

The place was perfect for stargazing and cozy bonfire nights. It was relaxing and peaceful, away from the crowd. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend this place. The view from the house was truly amazing! We definitely enjoyed every bit of it!
The only thing we did not expect was the USB charging port for our phones were not charging properly and takes hours to charge with only a few percentage. We only saw 2 charging ports. Good thing we had brought powerbanks to charge our phones in case of emergencies and we had to go in a cafe to charge both our phones and powerbanks on the second day. Also, there was no place for hanging your towels or clothes inside the bathroom/toilet. For finding the location, it is best to just type in google maps, “Extraordinary Huts” and it will appear exactly where the car park is. We got lost on the very first day and had to walk back up to the road.

Very peaceful location overlooking fields. Bed was comfy and sheets were nice. Lots of hot water. There’s a path to the Plough pub so you only have to be on the road for a short time. The food at the pub was excellent.
The bathroom needs some attention, the drain backs up when you shower and everything gets wet. Maybe just the nature of a small space but fixing the drain would help.
