The bed and duvet cover are very comfortable. The co working space was very helpful. There are good public transportation links nearby with direct buses to the okriba bus station. The hostel is clean and the housekeeping lady works hard to ensure everything is tidy.

A bit unstable wifi for several days

Spacious locker, pod privacy, comfortable bed with a shelf inside pod where I can put the belongings.
Only 4 people in 1 room and share the ensuite.
Walkable distance to bus stop to get to city center/most attractions.
The reception guy is not always around (usually quick respond on whatsapp tho) so hard to get something when needed. For example there's an AC in each room but without a remote, we have to ask him to trun it on/off (and it might take a while for him to get there).
The cleaner never restock the toilet roll in our bathroom and I had to get a new roll from the laundry myself everyday during my one week stay, and one day there was no more toilet roll in the laundry cabinet so we had to wait the reception guy to come to get us a roll for the night.
Towel is greyish so not comfortable using it.
The bathroom sink is quite blocked so the water flushed very slowly.
