The service and location!!
My bed was different from others. The spring bed was uncomfortable to sleep on

The staff was friendly and is it in the centre of town.

Superb location, near to khaitod decha and 7 eleven. Easy to get tuk tuk or grab car.
The sewerage smell in the bedroom (both rooms). The beds are very hard. Ok if you just need a place to sleep for 1 night.
