Pretty standard value for money- the room is spacious and clean and great for a single night stay.
Host sent helpful information about check in and payment etc. didn’t make an issue when I was having some payment problems
There is a shared kitchen with some utensils so you are able to cook if needed
No soundproofing at all - one of the other guests was loudly wrenching multiple times in the night and it was very unpleasant to be able to hear it and be woken up by it. The guests actions are not the hosts fault, but some soundproofing would be very valuable.
The bathroom was fine but could have been a bit cleaner

The host was super friendly and communicated fast and clear on whatsapp. He was very flexible with us.
Appartment and room were clean and had all you needed.
Perfect for our 1 night stay. Room was simple but the bed comfortable. Kitchen is fully equiped. Area around the appartment has many bars, shops, and coffee corners.
You can hear the other persons in their rooms, as the appartment has 3 rooms in total.

Spacious kitchen and bathroom, all clean, flexible and helpful stuff
The was no proper, lockable door to the room, you had to lock it with chain, which was not mentioned in booking. No window or air intake in the room. The contact number giving on booking is someone in Italy who re-directs you to someone local so the contact at the beginning was difficult, specially as we booked in the last minute. But the local person was very helpful and flexible.
