Serenity of the palace, near Humanas hospital and congress center
Breakfast could be improved. Needs maintenance for the heating system. Staff not available always.

Staff was very helpful.
The location was very convenient for us as we were looking for a place close to the Humanitas campus.
Parking was also important for us as we hired car. During the day time due to the out patients at the hospital it was difficult to find a parking lot at the parking place that is just outside the compound. After 18.00 it was very easy. As we spent the day time mostly out of the hotel that situation did not cause a problem for us.
The breakfast options are very limited and serves the Italian taste because it is sweet breakfast such as cake, croissants, crackers and jam. I wish it provides continental breakfast options like cheese, tomato, cucumber and eggs.
