A very large, bright apartment (even though it is located on the ground floor, the shutters can be opened to let in natural light), cool, situated on the ground floor of a building in a very quiet area.
The video to find the apartment/entrance sent via WhatsApp ,was also very helpful.
Very comfortable beds, parking near the house, space and comfort.
The kitchen is very well equipped and furnished, just like all the other rooms.
The apartment has an extraordinary layout, which facilitates the stay of a larger group of 6-8 people.
The only downgrade would be that the power went out right ,exactly when I was cooking something on the electric stovetop, but we solved this problem after about half an hour, with the help of a neighbor who contacted the owner, who explained that an electrical fuse in the electrical panel on the building's main hallway had tripped and how to reset it back into place to have electricity again.

The location was great.
The sheets and pillows were old and uncomfortable. The shower head holder was broken so you had to shower with one hand while holding the shower head in the other. The first aid kid was old and everything was messed up inside. The boiler was too small for a 3 bedroom apartment, it was only enough for one shower at a time.

Washing machine.
Dark apartment in the basement. Bathroom was very old and not clean, especially bathtube with diacausting curtains. Photos look nice, but reality is not.
