The location was excellent for our needs. The room was as described with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchenette and small living area. We had a washing machine which worked well and clothes airer to dry the clothes. Lots of hanging space in both bedrooms to hang clothes. Only air conditioning unit in larger bedroom and the overhead fan didn’t work in the other bedroom. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, grill, microwave but no kettle or coffee maker. There is a moka pot to make a small amount of coffee. The 24 hour shop downstairs was great for emergency supplies. The fitness centre is small but had all that was needed for a workout.
There are loads of shops, eateries and bars within a short walk.
We cleaned the rooms ourselves, so can’t comment on the cleaners although it was clean on arrival
Was difficult to get in to the apartment. A friend dropped us off by car and asked the guard outside for entry which initially her refused. We finally got in and got the keys - I’m not sure it would have been so easy without a Portuguese speaker. Every time we returned, the face recognition didn’t work and it took a little time to get in. No kettle in the kitchen was a bit of a pain.

Apt faltando utensílios, conforto e manutenção do apt faltando mais zelo. Sofá não confortável. Camas não confortáveis. Luz no quarto queimada. Só a luz em cima da cama acendia.
