Situated in Norris Lake, this attractive house for $811 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful 2 story lakefront home sits on Norris Lake with huge unobstructed Southern lake views near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge and near the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort. Short walk with a concrete sidewalk and few stair steps to the dock! We are just off main channel with reduced wake and boat traffic and year round water. We are very close to the famous jumping bridge and only a 5-10 minute boat ride from 4 popular marinas (Sugar Hollow, Shanghai, Deerfield Cove and Tiki Bar, Springs Dock). Boat launch in neighborhood and plenty of trailer parking. This 2 story lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms (each bedroom has own bath and 5 of the 6 bedrooms have lake views). 2 spacious covered side decks offer an additional 1000 sq ft of living space for your enjoyment both with beautiful lake and mountain views. Large main kitchen, built in ice makers and laundry rooms on both levels. 2 story dock with 2 covered slip2, dock furniture and a jumping platform! In addition, we have a dedicated driveway with plenty of parking. Free internet and long distance. The main floor features a 20' high stone fireplace, wood flooring, 20' vaulted ceiling, granite counter tops, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, 2 wall ovens, 2 stainless refrigerators and a large TV. For dining, you’ll have indoor and outdoor dining tables that each seat 12 and seating for 8 more at the island and kitchen bar. The large covered side deck overlooking the lake has an outdoor wood burning stone fireplace, dining table, chairs, and a gas grill. The master bedroom has its own balcony with lake views. The lower level features a TV viewing room with large screen TV as well as a room with table for cards or board games. One room on this level has a queen bed with bunks, one has 2 queen beds and in the other two rooms, you have a King and a Queen. One of the rooms walks out to the large covered deck, another has its own balcony/deck and 3 of the 4 rooms have lake views. This floor also has a second washer and dryer set and a second ice maker for filling coolers. The covered side deck on this level features a lighted hot tub, outdoor speakers, ping pong table and additional seating. The 6th large bonus room with full bath sits above the detached garage and has a full kitchenette as well as a small deck for enjoying your lake views. There are 2 Queens and 2 bunked Twins in the bonus room and it is set up nicely to double as a home theater room. We are 45 miles from Knoxville and only 75 miles from the popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg resort areas. You can hike the new Cumberland Trail or visit the Cumberland Gap National Park. There are also 2 world class ATV parks within a 30-60 min drive (Windrock and Ride Royal Blue) with charters and rentals available. Only 5 mins to the Chapman Hill Winery and Deerfield Golf Resort. This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 28 years to rent. If this is a corporate event, please contact me for consideration. Service dogs are allowed. Rates are only accurate 12 months out, if you want to book more than a year out, please contact us for accurate rates. We do have an outdoor camera that monitors the dock to ensure it is always secure as well as one that monitors the parking lot and trash cans. ** Sunday to Sunday only in peak season. ** Boat rental delivery available!

Incredible house on lake Norris near sugar hollow marina
Absolutely beautiful house. Amazing views of the lake. Great location across from sugar hollow marina. Hands down it is the best house we have stayed in yet on Norris. Kids loved the apartment and bunk beds above the garage , adults loved the views from the deck. Owners very responsive to any questions . Would highly recommend it to anyone considering staying in that area of the lake.

Fantastic
The owners are great to work with. Any concerns are dealt with immediately. The views are spectacular - we witnessed a full rainbow one night and had a full moon all week. The cove was not crowded, and the boats on the open water provided fun waves. The owners had kayaks we could use, and that was a definite plus. Lots of fun was had by all.

Picturesque spa in Norris Lake

We are a houseboating family (for over 45 years) and thought we would try a lake house out. We were not sure how we would feel about not being right on the water. We also went in later Sept which could've been interesting. But this was an AWESOME experience and house for our family of grown kids, spouses and grandkids (ranging in age 2-8). And i could also see it as a great house for teens, as well, as our grandkids grow up. Such a great set up with the boat deck for our boat, slide, kayaks/paddle boards, etc. The view is spectacular. The kids wake boarded, tubed, swam and we went on boat rides to explore the beautiful lake and marinas. The hot tub was a huge hit for the kids and adults along with all the great game areas. It was so great to eat out on the deck all 15 of us and enjoy the view and watch the Purdue game. Also to dine inside all together as well. It was great to have a bathrrom for all of the families and then some. The apartment with the great bunk bed set up over the garage was a hit as well. Kitchen was fantastic and loved all the windows and open areas so we could be together. So many great things! The last 10 miles of the drive were slower going because of the curvy road and the driveway steep but we know that is the way it is at the lake many times for a great view. The kids were sad we had to leave. We all were loved it. John was so attentive and quick to any questions or needs we had! Thank you John and Ali!

This home is stunning and perfect for large groups! Our group had kids ranging in age from 5 years old - 16 and they all had a blast. The home and views are even more beautiful in person. The dock with the slide is amazing! We spent the majority of our time down there hanging out in the lake while the kids played.
The location is also fantastic. It’s a quick ride to Sugar Hollow, Springs, Shanghai and the jumping bridge.
The owners were wonderful to work with! We had a fantastic week with our family! Thank you John and Ali!

We have stayed as a group on Lake Norris before. We really enjoyed Southern Charm. The outside lounging and eating areas were awesome. The 2 story dock with the slide and jumping gate were a huge hit! Other wonderful amenities included the 2 ice makers, 2 dish washers, 2 washers & dryers, hot tub and the ping pong table. Pretty much had everything you could ever need in the kitchen and the bath towels being provided was wonderful! The sidewalk down to the dock was nice, having stayed on the lake before we knew there would be a slope so while it was steep, it was better than the never ending staircase we trekked the other time we stayed at Norris Lake. We were there during a peak week and the dock and water were pretty wavy/rocky most of the time but we got use to it. The owner was always very quick to respond to any issues or questions that we had. The internet was spotty sometimes but again we knew what to expect having been in the area before - we don't go to the lake to play on our devices! The neighbors on both sides were really nice as well.
I really don't have anything negative to say, it was a wonderful experience!

This home was an experience for the view itself. The driveway is quite steep and internet service was minimal. However, the home was amazing; spacious, well stocked, and the communication between the property manager was great. We enjoyed our first time in the mountains staying here.

I never wrote reviews...but....this house was exceptional! The location was perfect. The layout was perfect. And the well stocked kitchen was over the top. There was a group of 12 adults who stayed and I don’t know how many times we were shocked about how well the kitchen was stocked. I have never been to rental that actually left dishwasher pods or laundry pods. AMAZING! When we were at the house we spent most of the time out on the amazing porch! Plenty of room for all of us. The weather was not so hot so we actually did spend most of the time at the house!
I can’t say enough about this house and we will for sure be back!
