Staff very accommodating, rooms were very clean, new property

The hotel was very clean and located near very picturesque mountains.
I struggled to communicate with the Hotel staff as no one really spoke English. The breakfast menu was mostly Chinese and did not have much intercontinental options apart from bread and toast.

Nothing Because I loose my Plane from Madrid to Spain 48h and I couldn’t arrived to the Hotel. I don’t know the hotel well I know that I paid but not Checking at all in the Hotel
