Great location
The light coming on when you opened the door. This in itself was okay but as the room was glass walls it made the whole bedroom light and disturbed the whole bedroom

Located 10-15 minute walk from historic centre. Tram stop opposite hotel but just asy to walk in. Secure car park under hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds. staff ery helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and easy to get to (lots of busses and a tram stop pretty much outside).
Nice terrace area for a beer (which of course was delicious).
Just be aware that the bathroom, clean and perfectly lovely as it is, is essentially a large shower room which isn’t to my personal taste (no shower curtain / door) Also the door to that room is partially frosted glass so you have some visibility of usage. It may be that’s just my British sensibility, I imagine that’s very normal for most other people.

The staff was wonderful.
The bed was ridiculously small in what was a rather large room. Also, my refrigerator did not work and when reported no one came to fix it. I would not stay here again, as the quality is not at all commensurate with the price.
