Schöner Urlaub an einem schönen Urlaubsort - in einer mängelbehafteten Standard-Ferienwohnung
Die Lage war top, nur schade dass man das Gepäck nicht vor der Tür ausladen konnte da sich die Wohnung in einer Fußgängerzone befindet. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf die Ostsee war schon schön. Der Ort, Warnemünde, selbst ist für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub genau das Richtige.
Der/Die Gastgeber – die Warnemünder Ferienvermietung der Than & Müller Immobilien GmbH –
Bereits vor der Anreise erwiesen sich die Gastgeber als wenig kommunikativ und wenig entgegenkommend. Aufkommende Fragen wurden vorab lediglich mit standardisierten, teilweise sehr knapp gehaltenen und unpräzisen Antworten beantwortet.
Die als hochwertig angepriesene Wohnung entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen. Sie machte insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck, war bei der Anreise nicht ausreichend sauber und wies zudem verschiedene Mängel auf.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit den von uns bei der Abreise angesprochenen Mängeln. Die von uns aufgezeigten baulichen Mängel wurden seitens der Verwaltung pauschal als „Problem mit dem Reinigungs-Dienstleister“ abgetan. Diese Erklärung war für uns weder nachvollziehbar noch angemessen, da es sich bei den angesprochenen Punkten ausdrücklich nicht nur um Fragen der Reinigung, sondern auch um bauliche bzw. technische Mängel handelte.
Auffällig ist zudem, dass sich vergleichbare Hinweise bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen finden. Nach unserem Eindruck waren zumindest einige der von uns festgestellten Mängel daher offenbar schon länger bekannt.
Wir haben der Vermietung im Nachgang noch einmal sämtliche von uns festgestellten Mängel ausführlich per E-Mail mitgeteilt und damit die Möglichkeit gegeben, zu den konkreten Punkten Stellung zu nehmen. Leider zeigte sich die Vermietung auch danach nicht kompromissbereit und war zu keinerlei angemessener Lösung oder Entgegenkommen bereit.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher leider sehr enttäuschend. Nicht nur der Zustand und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, sondern insbesondere auch der Umgang der Verwaltung mit berechtigter Kritik haben bei uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten standen aus unserer Sicht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zu der Darstellung der Wohnung und den damit verbundenen Erwartungen.
