Great communication, the owners met us onsite and explained everything thoroughly. Very friendly, approachable, helpful all while being discreet.
The pool is fantastic - the photos do not do the size any justice, so we were delighted! The owners clean, cover & sweep around the pool every night.
Having ping pong & petanque was great for keeping our boys entertained (not to mention the reliable wifi & TV!!)
The larger supermarkets are about a 20mins drive away, but we relied on the local bakery and Spar - which was far above our expectations!
We loved it, I am really looking for something to say here. If I had to give constructive feedback about the house specifically it would be around updating the downstairs shower. That said, its a small gripe!!
In terms of the local area - the house is remote, so be sure this is what you want. It was a very hot week for us, so we were quite happy to go for a bike ride, relax by the pool & BBQ in the evenings. There are some lovely medieval towns around - but do your research first. Otherwise local tourist offices are excellent.
