Hôtel situé à 15 mn à pied de Bang Tao Beach. Le séjour était agréable malgré les quelques points d’amélioration proposé

La piscine en face de la chambre Logement spacieux avec climatisation Le calme (malgré des travaux dans la rue) Le confort

Manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (couteaux et autres couverts) Le jacuzzi qui mériterait un coup de jeune Globalement propre sauf si on regarde dans les détails Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré Absence de bar/service à proximité de la piscine.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Waren sehr enttäuscht als wir angekommen sind, alles sehr klein, die Bilder auf booking entsprechen absolut nicht dem in echt. Zudem bestand die Dusche überwiegend aus Schimmel. Die Mitarbeiter verstehen kaum Englisch. Schlaf war von glück abhängig, da täglich ein Hahn von 01.00 Uhr nachts bis in der Früh geschrieen hat. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Moldy smell and AC didn’t work

The place had a moldy smell throughout our entire stay and the AC didn’t work, so if you like cold AC I wouldn’t recommend this place

Good location good stay

In a good location for being near bang Tao Beach you can get a tuk tuk for 100-200 baht if you don’t want to walk, was one of the cheaper hotels, had everything you needed and nice and clean

Basic rooms but not complaining it’s what we paid for

Old, under-equipped and somewhat uncomfortable although spacious apartment

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious. Staff were friendly. Location was convenient (tuk-tuk's close by if you need). It was quiet and we were left alone - this is what we expect when we stay in an apartment when travelling.

Do not stay here if you are looking for an apartment with cooking facilities as we were. They provided 2 children's plastic plates (size of a side plate) and two bowls (very small too), two thin almost plastic like knives, forks and spoons. This was our biggest disappointment. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were the lumpiest i'd ever slept on and were truly unpleasant. I wonder how old they were. No TV in the bedroom (although i'm sure the images showed one). Talking of old - the hotel is VERY old and it shows. The sliding door to the bathroom from the bedroom was off its rails, with the frame degrading and falling apart. Screws were missing and vents half hanging out of the ceiling. Cupboard door hinge was rusted and completely gone so it fell if you opened it. This age showed throughout the room. Breakfast was not very good - limited options and very basic. I only visited it once and witnessed a staff member sneeze very loudly in to their hands, and then continue cooking without washing or cleaning! The pool was over-chlorinated and hard to wash off the smell! If I was aware of these negatives, I would not have stayed, as the price point over the festive period certainly did not match the value of the apartment.

Apartment style hotel in a good position

Kind and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, good position.

Room and common area need better cleaning and maintenance. The kitchen is nice, but there are basic amenities, in the end we didn’t cook anything. The water of swimming pool should be cleaned more often.

Cockroaches in my room

There were cockroaches in my room!!! Hotel said that they can't give me refund! Expensive hotel with cockroaches!!! No comment!

ok, aber auch nicht mehr

Lage des Hotels, Fußläufig zum Bang Tao Beach und Größe des Zimmers, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, konnten auf Nachfrage auch ohne Aufpreis 2 Stunden später auschecken.

Zimmer riecht nach Kanalisation, da half auch Raumspray nicht, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Ausstattung vor allem der Küche sehr schlecht, kaum Equipment geschweige den ein Tuch zum Abtrocknen nach dem Spülen. Gym auch sehr klein und veraltet, Teil der Geräte nicht funktionsfähig. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad, Gesichtspflege im Detail nicht möglich.

Not bad but won’t repeat it again.

There is a Thai restaurant next to the hotel.

No slippers. Location is too far. Private pool is small and everyone can see you when you swim. Cups are not clean. AC all of the sudden is dripping water and became hot.

Très bel établissant et bon rapport qualité prix

Personnel très gentil et attentif bien que parlant peu anglais. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable, salle de bain très propre et vue sur la piscine Coffre-fort très fonctionnel. Établissement proche de la plage de Bang tao qui est magnifique

Petit déjeuner assez onéreux et peu satisfaisant (peu de fruits, pas de thé autre que lipton notamment)

Highly recommend

The rooms were so spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The food wasn't the best but there's a fab restaurant next door called the green leaf that was lovely and really good value.

A superbly comfortable sleep 😴

My room and especially the most comfortable bed I’ve had in the last 8 weeks, the small pool

Main pool was green so obviously some issues there, no bar or place for guests to socialise and as a solo traveller this would have added to my overall stay

Небольшой уютный отель, удобный для автовладельцев.

Снимали апартаменты в пентхаусе дважды. В первый раз были все кухонные принадлежности, во второй - два неполных комплекта на четверых. В обоих номерах не работал джакузи на улице (а брали номер из-за этой фишки). Рано закрываются бассейны (их два), детям не удалось насладиться купанием вечером. Удобный паркинг. Рядом пару кафе для ужина вечером и клевый бар в отеле Даймонд Ресорт. В принципе все понравилось, немного староват рецепшн и мелочевка в номере.

Нет особых претензий)

Good hotel option

Excellent hotel in a prime location, great staff and nice pool. It was easy to get to and from work.

Thai hotel so the TV was useless. Bad reception and no English channels. No idea why Thai hotels all have terrible TV options when smart TV's with Netflix etc are so affordable these days.

Very comfortable and value for money stay in Bang Tao

Location, room size, comfort. Bed exceptionally comfortable, car parking on site, quiet place. Close to beach and shops.

Spartan kitchen - few utensils to stick to take-aways rather than cooking meals.

Buena localización pero precios abusivos para su deficientes servicios e instalaciones.

Tenía una buena localización, además era una zona tranquila estaba poco masificado y las habitaciones eran grandes.

Las suite familiar tenía una pequeña piscina privada pero esta estuvo sucia los 5 días de mi estancia, además el motor no funcionaba. Las habitaciones deben tener algún defecto de obra ya que tenían una gran humedad que subía desde el suelo a las paredes, pedimos un cambio de habitación porque la humedad hizo que la madera del suelo estuviera levantada además provocaba un fuerte olor, el servicio de habitaciones nos enseñó otras dos en distintas plantas pero estaban exactamente igual. El desayuno muy poco variado y repetitivo, además se supone que el horario es hasta las 10:30 de la mañana pero a partir de las 9:50 los trabajadores dejan de reponer la comida y tienes que coger la que quede de sobra.

Great place to stay in bang tao, affordable and friendly staff

The rooms are spacious and well cleaned

I had a room with a private pool however lots of mosquitos and one of the larger pools looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while resulting in mosquitos

Хорошо что пошли навстречу и вернули деньги за часть проживания когда мы решили съехать. Отель может и мог бы соответств

Неплохой бассейн, есть спортзал (хотя и плохой, но где то его вообще нет)

Спортзал с раскрошенными гантелями, осколки пластика на полу, пошарпанные стены в номерах, у друзей был номер на первом этаже и очень пахло канализацией, у нас на третьем этаже было ок. Очень плохие смесители в душе, вода или холодная или кипяток, третьего не дано.

The price for a one bedroom was good & it was an OK 'resort' but I probably won't stay there again.

The room was a good size as shown in the pictures. I knew the location would be great as I have stayed in the area before and was always curious about Coco as a place to stay. Close to the beach and had good food options within walking distance.

A distinct foul odor hit me as soon as I entered the room and I either got used to it or it went away over the course of my stay. The aircon in the bedroom was like I had a factor in the room with me, but I always sleep with ear plugs so I was able to ignore it mostly. The grounds were poorly maintained with lots of overgrown grass around the whole complex.

Mold, dirty and spooky

- We had mold in our room!! - Stains on the pillows - Very weird atmosphere - They didn't guide us to our room (we could not find our room) - Almost no guests staying there - Way too expensive for what you get!!! - Very spooky and weird atmosphere - When we asked for another room because of the mold, the staff said they could give us an other room "but there it smells from toilet". Very unprofessional.

location is the best! 10-15min walk to the beach or to the shops, breakfast was provided at the hotel and the staff were incredibly nice x

had to change rooms as there were ants in the bed however staff were very helpful and gave me another room that was exactly the same x

Hotel is very old and smelly the bed rest is peeling and the tiles are all mouldy I did request a refund which the hotel said they will accept we have taken videos and pictures and can be sent if requested
