Location, location, location. Sunshine apartments is located next to Taipei Station with easy access from exits Z2 and Z4. The service of the 24 hours front desk is great. It has a lounge with water anchors coffee and tables with a good view of the City of Taipei. It was a bonus to have a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Room had just the view of the wall of Mitsukoshi department store building.

Location is great just across Taipei Station with many places to eat and shop. Staff is very nice and helpful. Having a washing machine with drier is a plus.
Building itself is old but apartment is well maintained and clean. Drier machine is small and not efficient.

Close to main station
Sinks had horrible set up and was too high. Water would leak out over the counters constantly if the flow was too big or too small. Beds were too hard.
