Bathrooms were clean with good hot water.
Staff were polite and knowledgable and always responded to issues if you used the chat on the app.
The location is good for public transport.
Staying in the pods was a nice experience and they were more spacious than we expected!
Girls toilets need checking more often, girls use more toilet paper therefore it runs out quicker and bins get fuller quicker!
Your experience will depend on the other guests staying at the same time. We had two quiet nights which were great and one terrible due to some very rude and disruptive guests, the pods are not 'soundproof' as indicated on the listed. The guests came to their pods at 2.30am and at 3am were shouting loudly and banging doors. At 4am one of the same group connected his phone to the Bluetooth speaker in our pod and played music at full volume. Staff came up to sort out this situation and said it was an error with the system but the music would have been too loud even if he had played it from his own pod. I think staff need to be more present during "quiet hours" and do patrols through the building.
The design of the pod has flaws, there is no way to turn off the Bluetooth which can lead to problems like the above and there is no way to turn off the screen, meaning it can be very bright in the pod overnight.
On some nights the aircon was strong enough and the pod was very hot.

I love their cozy bedroom. One of the best hostel i've ever stayed!!! The location are near MRT Blok M, there's lot of goood food nearby. Perfect if you stay with your partner or even alone! It's so comfy
I don't have any significant thing that make me I don't like to the hostel but, I think the smartphone application of bobobox sometimes get lag or crash. Pro tip: screenshot your QR code! And the room's speaker are broken (i dont know it's just happened to my pod or there's another pod that's had a same experience).
