Very friendly and helpful host.
Comfortable living and good facilities.
A little way out of the city centre but I had a bicycle so it wasn't a problem

Very helpful and responsive owner, who arranged a Taxi to collect me from and return me to the airport. WiFi was very good. Nice view of the Caspian Sea. The apartment door is located behind a corridor locked door, so it is very safe. The supermarket on the ground floor is a bonus.
Some more cooking utensils would be helpful.
