Everything was perfect

The location was great - walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc.

The nice part: - beautiful, minimalist rooms with woorden floor. -the receptionist at check-in. Located at the centre of the city (not worth visiting) The bad: had to ask for another room: the sheets we're not ironed, had the impression they we're slept on already! The receptionist gave me another room. The mini- bar makes a lot of noise. There is no water-cooker ! The heating/cooling unit ( the size of an Apple smartwatch) is impossible to work with and there is no manual in the room. Wanted to reduce temperature from 25 degrees to 18 degrees for sleeping and I couldn't do it. Called the reception, but no answer at around 22h00 Round 6h00 am the light shining through the gap of 5 cm between the 2 curtains. Impossible to close them to darken the room. Then the worst: I was not asked whether all was good: my italian is basic but a 'Tutti Bene?' I understand ! Never assume, always ask! So for me: never again! Albergo centrale: they are not interested in their customers! (except the receptionist at check-in:(Luca?) he was very human and connecting)
