If you look for something quirky and unusual, it may well be a relevant place.

Location near church near lake near city centre.

Perhaps a bit unusual that the bed has a hard middle beam, not so comfortable actually. Entrance through a garden back gate maybe is also a bit unusual if you’d be used to entering through a normal house door.

Preiswerte Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Ferienwohnung, Lage: sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß 2 Minute zum Ruppiner See, ca. 7 Minuten zur Einkaufsstraße (Karl-Marx-Straße), Busverbindung zum Bahnhof mit stündlicher Verbindung nach Berlin, Bushaltestelle ca. 4' Fußweg. Ausstattung: bis auf eine Mikrowelle alles da. Mikrowelle - wohl aus Platzgründen - nicht vorhanden, das hat uns aber nicht wirklich gefehlt. Einchecken problemlos und - heutzutage sehr selten - sehr persönlich durch den Gastgeber. Wir erhielten direkt nach der Buchung eine Telefonnummer, wo wir uns 30' vor Ankunft gemeldet haben; der Gastgeber saß dann vor der Tür und hat uns die Schlüssel übergeben und sein Sohn uns das Appartement erklärt. Einfach super! Das Haus selbst ist von außen saniert, sehr schöne Fassade, laut Vermieter 250 Jahre alt. Innen läuft die Sanierung noch (Stand 10.2025), doch das hat keinen Einfluss auf das Appartement selbst, in dem man wohnt, dieses ist bereits voll saniert. Preis/Leistung für die Gegend ausgezeichnet - die Übernachtung ist preiswert im wahren Sinn: seinen Preis wert. Neuruppin: sehr gepflegte Stadt, erinnert mit seinem Schachbrettmuster an NY/Manhatten oder Barcelona, mit vielen Plätzen, auf denen man - schönes Wetter vorausgesetzt - verweilen kann. Am See liegt das Wahrzeichen, die Klosterkirche St. Trinitatis; wer sich für die norddeutsche Backsteingotik interessiert, unbedingt besuchen. Ruppiner See: Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, unbedingt eine Rundfahrt mit dem Schiff über den See (60') oder über See und die Kanäle (120') machen. Fazit: gerne wieder für ein WE oder einen Kurzurlaub.
