The location of the property is right in town. It is conveniently located near to eateries and easy to walk around. Just need to park and enjoy the town. One can easily find a mixture of Malaysian cuisines just along the many streets from the property.
The room is not soundproof. It is on a busy street with motorbikes and cars passing through; also the town is lovely with many birds. The birds start to get busy at 430am and the people activities start around 5am, so one can't sleep tight if you are sensitive to environmental noises. But if one like to see the town getting started in the morning, it's a great place to look down the street.
Just to mention that there was a note to say snacks are complimentary in the pantry, but there's none. Perhaps it was an old note. (smile)

Saya suka sebab bilik ni ada bilik air dekat dalam bilik. At first I thought takde sabun or shampoo yg disediakan, rupanya ada. Got a hair dryer too Yg takde berus & ubat gigi. But it's okay. Plus ada banyak kedai dekat bawah seperti kedai eco, zus coffee, mixue, nasi kandar and so on. So no need to worry. And if I'm not mistaken tempat ni dekat dengan taman. So kalau nak jogging pagi2, boleh la. Apa lagi yg I like? Oh ye aircond sejuk. Ada Netflix. Tempat iron betul betul luar pintu bilik. Got a microwave, fridge, water filter in the kitchen for guests to use. Easy self check-in & check-out. Easy to contact owner juga. For those yg ada program dekat upsi, boleh rent room at this place kalau hotel berdekatan dah habis. Sebab dari hotel ni nak ke sana dekat je. Around 28 minutes only.
Water pressure is quite slow. Tapi takde la slow sangat. If I rate water pressure, maybe like 6/10.
