We had high hopes for this hotel and it did not disappoint. The hotel and facilities are amazing, the views are stunning and it’s spotless. The service is was also super friendly and seamless.

The breakfast by the pool every morning is a luxury, and we loved it. The food is great and the whole atmosphere is really special. On top the staff were really amazing, everyone was so welcoming and helpful, they were a true highlight.

The view from the ambassador room was stunning. The service was impeccable and the breakfast options very good.
The hotel has a few defects. The vicinity of a trafficated road makes all ambassador rooms quiet noisy.
It is not possible to modify the direction of the air-conditioning and we had it blowing into our faces all night. Unfortunately, we had to keep the AC on because the noise from outside was terrible if we kept the balcony's door open.
The toilet is not isolated from the room. It is quiet uncomfortable to use it while your partner can hear everything. The bed was too soft and pillows too thick for us.
