Location is very good. Close to the city and the waterfront, but still quite calm for a town on the Cote d'Azur. There are quite nice gardens in front of and behind the house.
You get a lot of space with three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
Guestready wants to make us pay 270 Euros for a toilet seat, claiming we got it broken during our visit. Actually it was in the same state (a bit loose, with rusty screws not possible to tighten anymore for a nonprofessional), when we left. Plus: we repaired the fitting of the kitchen sink during our visit to stop the water spilling after washing dishes...
The check-out was just a little chat in the living room. Everything was okay for the agent. A week later they claimed the 270 Euros on my credit card account. I ordered my bank to undo the transfer and since I don't know what their reaction will be, I handed the case over to my lawyer.
