Уникальный отель - невероятный воздух, территория утопает в зелени, много места для прогулок - вокруг красота! Кухня - отменно! Завтраки очень вкусные, ресторан - просто великолепен! Брали дегустацию вин - было очень интересно. Номер у нас был не большой, но это не проблема, номер чистый, внутри все есть. Персонал очень приветливый и профессиональный
Ставлю 10 баллов все равно, хоть и есть небольшие недочеты.
Утром в субботу в номере не было горячей воды - она появилась ближе к 10 часам.
СПА открывается в 8 утра и только в это время начинают прогреваться сауны - рассчитывайте, что они прогреются через час, к 9 утра. Халат в номере был только один. Как видите - замечания совершенно не критичные

einzige Schattenseite: die beiden Einzelbetten kann man zwar zusammenschieben, bewegen sich aber genauso einfach wieder auseinander und hinterlassen einen Spalt, wo man reinfallen kann...

Breakfast location too dark and depressing for the first thing in the morning. Bathroom had no protection for the water, thus always flooded the whole bathroom. Bedroom good but no view only a skylight and one very small low window.
Clarity as to where the room will be - i.e. in the castle or not, how far from breakfast, etc.. Rooms are apparently assigned and changed at will when one arrives, thus the disappointment of not being in the castle.
