"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.

Pathetic service when booked through online portals other than their own weibsite

They denied the booking even after confirmation and landed us in big trouble in last minute

Avoid at all costs…keep it as ur last option

the only thing that I liked was the washrooms were clean ..the hotel overall was clean

I had to ask for everything..the rooms were not ready despite we checking in around 10 pm..the AC seems it was like fan blower…there was no remote…there was no complimentary water as well…I had to ask them to give it for the 2 days stay and the person at the reception was like we don’t offer complimentary water..breakfast was awful…it was like having dinner…oily ..they served us poori bhaji and the bhaji was a punjabi dish like paneer mix veg…during my stay I also noticed that the hotel is also used for oyo activities by couples ..I saw three couples taking the room for a couple of hours …I don’t mind that but it’s a bit awful in front of a family….and the distance from the main city is a bit far ..

Not satisfied with the services offered and waste of money spent

Rooms are clean

For the entire day there was a power cut and no proper battery backup The hotel was far away from city. The hotel staff didn't allow my guests inside between 08:00 to 18:00 hrs

Best hotel in the area

Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I enjoyed my stay there and I look forward to visit again

Disappointing

Location is nice in peaceful residential colony. It is located in interior far from chao.

Room service was poor. small suffocated rooms, poor amenities. Staff was unprofessional and untrained. No decency and privacy. Not suitable for official tour. Management is unable to entertain the guests with least requirements.

Nice Stay

The rooms are very reasonably priced and the rooms are spacious too. The hotel was very well maintained the kept clean all the time. The food was really tasty. The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of tourist places.

The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of tourist places. We were allotted our room as soon as we entered the hotel. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the rooms are spacious too

Nearness to Airport and important destination Value for money as it was cheap Polite staff

There was no ventilation in the room and food quality was not so good. Need to do more work on providing more options. Rooms were very small but the main problem was that there was no ventilation.
