綺麗でお食事も美味しかった。
大浴場は綺麗で良かったけど、部屋にお風呂があったら、もっと良かった。
少し上の人の音が気になった。

食事がとても美味しく良かったです。
受付の対応が丁寧で良い。
一階のお風呂の体洗い場が背中合わせが狭く背中がのシャワーがかかり不快な気になる、7階の風呂の洗い場の向きに様になると良い。

朝食が美味しかった。
朝食の時間帯に人が多くバイキングの配膳がとりづらかった。
朝食の場所を尋ねたら反対側を説明された。
初めての宿泊だったので1階のお風呂に行き方が分かりづらかった。

屋上露天風呂は良かった。他人の子供が泳いでなければ。。
子供が多いのが悪い訳ではないが食事処で走り回る、大声を出す、露天風呂に潜ってプール扱い、何も言わない親や祖父母。今時スタッフも注意できないのか放置状態で非常に残念な滞在でした。
