The staff at the reception was able to communicate with me in good English and advise me where to park the car and where to eat. Very nice lady

My family travelling in the area a bit with a car which originally worry we won't be able to park the car in the hotel parking lot. We are lucky that we got the last parking space. The hotel is basic business hotel generally alright.
Only a limited parking space available and in a first come first serve manner. If it is full, you can only park in the nearby public car park and pay for it yourself.

Comfortable stay for one night to sleep over before continuing our drive trip from Nagasaki to Beppu. Staff were welcoming.
We didn't manage to park at the hotel premises as all lots ( think about 6) were taken up. The alternative paid car park is about 3 mins walk from the hotel.
Bed is comfy.

- Not much honestly.
- Average size small bathroom.
- Average size small room.
- Location is fine, although we didn't walk anywhere except dinner.
- Bed cover was stained, so that was gross.
- We’re not sure if it was the hotel’s thin walls or just lack of respect from our neighbor, but we heard them talking through the wall from the moment we arrived late into the night. To call the front desk, you have to use the phone in the hallway, and even though we made a noise complaint, I don’t think the hotel did/said anything to our loud neighbor.
- We did not like that the hotel has some parking available, but it fills up quickly and you cannot reserve it. There was a large and mostly empty lot in front of it, but that was for another hotel. So, you end up spending money on paid parking. In the end, we turned on white noise and tried to sleep.
- Bed and pillow were uncomfortable.
