Beautiful property with an amazing host. Branko is a lovely gentleman who is so welcoming and accommodating. The views from the room and the balcony are just incredible. It’s very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want a relaxing property still very close to the old town which was a 10 minute walk. If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will definitely stay here again. Thank you once again Branko for your hospitality 😊🙏

Beautiful location, perfect size room, mighty ac, fantastic terrace overlooking Dubrovnik Old Town and Lovrijenac fortress, fully equipped old schoold kitchen, lime tree bursting in through the window in the bathroom shower, spacious bathroom... .
The room is not en suite so there is a lot of locking and unlocking doors when going to the bathroom which gets tiring.

The sweetest and most welcoming host- as soon as we arrived sat us down for a cold drink and explained the map of the city and activities to do. Showed us where everything was in the kitchen and went above and beyond. We even had drinks with him a few evenings and had great chats.
Great location, about a 10 minute walk (up or down stairs) from old town.
Rooms were very spacious and have a beautiful view. Overall our favourite place we stayed in Croatia
