My room was big and very nice overall. It seems to have been refurbished recently: good and modern decoration.
The whole property was very clean.
The owner and the lady in charge of my check-in and check-out were both polite. I could leave my luggage in her garage until the check-in time.
There was a good amount of towels and toilet paper.
The AC was powerful enough to handle Dubrovnik summer with ease.
My room had a mini fridge, which comes in handy since there’s no breakfast service.
The property is very near the cable car.
My room had a big shower, but there wasn’t much pressure.
At night, the light of the staircase had an automatic sensor, but it would activate only when I had already climbed all the steps. I needed to use my phone flashlight every time.
The property is very near the old town, but you have to walk up and down a huge set of stairs in order to reach the Pile Gate. In the upper part of the city, where Ivušić is located, there is nothing to do. You have to go down even to buy a bottle of water.

We loved the location, just a short walk 2 minutes using the stairs leading to the Pile Gate. Loved the view, our host was very responsive and the bedroom size was perfect. AC was great! All in all, fantastic.
City driving restrictions. You can't drive to the apartment unless you have a special permit.

Definitely good location, literally ~7min walk downstairs to town. Place is clean, has all the basic essentials, bathroom is clean and super tidy I must say.
I'd appreciate if there was a place to hang our wet clothes, we did ask the host as there was whole setup downstairs to hang them but its not accessible, but host merely said we can't use them. Also, just be mindful that noise is an issue,, even up until 12 or 1am, there's still loud noise going by.

Not a lot actually
It’s out in the middle of nowhere first room we were allocated door wouldn’t latch shut moved to another room right next to kitchen area noisy had a shower & was standing in2 inches of water 💦 😡no Netflix connection it kept trying but not enough wifi unable to make calls had to go into car park to do so . Drinks price in room can of beer $2.50 / 500ml glass of beer $6.00 euro & guess what can’s unavailable so they make you buy the glass more profitable for them 500ml red wine $5.00 euro asked for that told I had to wait until tea time before they serve it 😡. Waited @ airport for over an hour to be picked up 😡. Breakfast in the morning before transfer to Airport was okay 👍.
