The staff was amazing! Extremely friendly, extremely helpful and always willing to be of assistance! In my opinion this should be considered a 6 star hotel! I mentioned that me and my husband missed our anniversary and would be celebrating at the Hotel and we were met with a bed with balloons and later a happy anniversary cake slice which was amazing!

I’m not completely sure whether the hotel deserves a full five-star rating when it comes to the facilities and overall equipment. There are a few small issues and minor shortcomings that, in my experience, would probably be addressed a little more quickly in some other five-star hotels. However, all of this is more than made up for by the **exceptionally friendly and attentive staff**. Whether at the reception, at the entrance, during breakfast, with room service, or at the pool bar – everyone was consistently courteous, helpful and genuinely friendly. For the staff, I would honestly give **10 out of 10 points**. Their warm and welcoming attitude made a real difference to our stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you very much to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will remember the wonderful hospitality and the lovely time we has here ❤️
