Ein außergewöhnliches Projekt, das es zu unterstützen gilt. Die Räume sind einfach und sauber. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Lage ist am Fluss , sehr ruhig. Man kann eine große Küche nutzen, und auf einem schönen Balkon verweilen und essen. Es gibt einen alten Ballsaal im Jugendstil, wo Aufführungen stattfinden können. und den man sehen und ggf. nutzen kann. Insbesondere für Jugendtruppen oder kleinere Gruppen, die sich selbst versorgen wollen und können, ist es ein toller Ort. Dier Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und können etwas über die Historie des Ortes erzählen. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch, und ich persönlich brauche in solchen Orten weder WIfi oder Fernseher

I like this place and return ever and ever. The Ball house is a wonderful venue, exceptionel preserved from the time when balls and dances were blossoming. The rooms are simple, functonal and have all what you need for a good sleep or a retreat. The garden with the gazebo gives and additional place where to be and enjoy the warm may weather. I arrived well and was welcomed very nicely with a clean and warm room. You can feel, how the historical value of the protected venue is sensitively reconstructed and rebuilt with big love for the space. Reading some negative comments here, i feel like being in a different place. Because i choose Lindenhof based on the information and pictures on booking com. And it exactly matches.

Das Haus ist ein historisches Gebäude in Waldheim. Es ist toll, dass das Gebäude nach zwei Jahrzehnten Leerstand wieder genutzt wird. Die Zimmer waren sauber und verfügten über Toilette und Dusche. Es bestand die Möglichkeit, die Küche zu benutzen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt.
Im Badezimmer gab es keine Seife. In der Küche hätte ich mich über Kaffee und Tee gefreut, sehe das aber auch nicht als Selbstverständlichkeit.

All was great. Its a wonderful old "Ball house", with the look from secession time (Jugendstil) and the later inherited east german functional style. really vintage bathrooms and retro chic kitchen. outside a lawn with a gazebo, fireplace and access to a small river and many other features make the stay remarkable. definitly i will come again. thanks to the staff!
all was very fine and done with love and big hospitality.
