The apartment is very nicely renovated and spacious. It is in an amazing location with restaurants and shops all around.
Perhaps the internet could be a little more reliable but it’s ok and generally works

Location and apartment were excellent! Fatima and Arch were always available to assist.
We drove down the parking garage was a 15 minutes walk.

So spacious!
Huge lounge and dining area.
Great bathroom with large shower.
Perfectly located in the heart of the Historic centre, just a couple of minutes from the Pincetto Minimetro stop.
Great instructions from the host including videos of how to get in (and where to find the cutlery drawer 😜)
A lovely place to stay
Make sure you follow the signs to Nima House and watch the video on which door to open (so you don't try the wrong doors 😂😂)

The location is perfect for visiting the old city center. It is very convenient. The apartment is modern, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine during the heat wave we were experiencing in the city. It has 1 A/C unit in the kitchen so it is a bit of a stretch to cover the entire apartment but we made it work and kept the rooms from getting hot (need to keep doors open). There was hot water for showers and also washing machine. The host was very attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Perugia!
There’s nothing unfavorable that requires comment.
