The location was great very central. The house was beautiful very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation . Great value for money.

Place was immaculately clean and organised and very nicely decorated. Suprisingly spacious. Welcome sweets. Onsite parking for 2 cars. Super comfy beds and nice linen. Good instructions. Great location for town and for starting on hiking walks.
The noise. Couldn't use the courtyard due to smoke noise from the staff behind the turkish restaurant and the huge extractor fan. There is an alley running behind and all around the side of the property which is incredibly noisy used for staff breaks and bins etc. It also backs onto a pub garden with live music/dj. Between 7pm and 11 to midnight I couldn't even hear the telly it was so loud. So you have to keep the windows shut - not ideal in hot weather. Not relaxing at all. Its such a shame because the hosts have created a lovely property. Property would benefit from; full length mirror and dressing table to dry hair etc; - small unit or shelf in each bathroom for putting products/washbag - (had to use floor) and shower hose over bath to help cleaning bath and hair washing. If you take ear plugs and eye masks to sleep it is really a great place to stay and after midnight the noise is gone.

It was well located for the town centre and was very comfortable, plenty of space, walk in shower was appreciated.
It was very hard to find, just as well we used 'Google streetview' before we went to see where it was so we would have appreciated a landmark to look out for with the arrival instructions.
There were no street signs at the top of the lane and the only sign confirming 'Beili Priory' was on No.2 opposite where we stayed.
We did not see any reply about parking for 2 cars but were glad to see there was enough space.

Beautifully decorated, ideal located for Abagavenny. A little sparse on kitchen items, no small bowls, no microwave and dishwasher wasn’t working (no reduction offered). It was really hot when we visited, it was too noisy to have the window open and no fans.
The property backs onto a Turkish Restaurant. Very noisy commercial extractor fan, bright lights and noisy staff. There was also noise from the front of the property. Dishwasher broken, many lights in the kitchen not working so hard to wash up in the dark!
